- Ability to ensure the ongoing confidentiality, integrity, availability and resilience of processing systems and services.
- Ability to restore availability and access to personal data quickly in the event of a physical or technical incident.
- Regular process of verification, evaluation and assessment of the effectiveness of technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of processing.
5. International Data Transfers
In the event that IURE NOVUM transfers personal data to a third country or an international organization, it will ensure that such transfer complies with the provisions of the Organic Law on Personal Data Protection and its regulations, ensuring an adequate level of protection.

IURE NOVUM reserves the right to modify these policies at any time, adequately notifying personal data subjects of any significant changes through its website or other appropriate means.
